Donor Returns

Part XX of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 requires all donors who have made total donation/s above the disclosure threshold to candidates or members of a Senate group at federal electoral events to disclose the details of the donation/s. These disclosures must include the details of any donations above the threshold which were received and then used to make donations to a candidate or Senate group.

Returns from the 2007 federal election onwards are listed.

The Donor Returns tab displays a list of donor returns which can be filtered and sorted based on:

  • Event
  • Name
  • Total donations made
  • Total donations received

The Donations Made Details tab displays a list of individual donations. It can be filtered and sorted based on:

  • Event
  • Name
  • Who the donation was made to
  • Date of the donation
  • Value of the donation

Individual returns can be accessed by clicking on the name of the return.

All data shown on the tabs can be exported to Excel. The export will reflect any sorting or filtering applied to the list.
